Prior to rank advancement each Scout is expected to download and complete the appropriate conference form. The Scout will meet with the Scoutmaster for a "Scoutmaster Conference". Once passed, he will then the paperwork to his Board of Review. The final paperwork will be turned in to the Advancement Chair.
